Leslie’s Trilogy of Holiday Magic & SISmas

Every so often, the stars become perfectly aligned to create something really special. They have done so in this instance to form a wonderful Trilogy of Holiday Magic featuring three of my most favorite things. As many of you know, I am a Brand Ambassador for Ashro, the premier clothing company for Black women. (We carry men’s clothing too!) But did you know Ashro has partnered with Simone I. Well… in addition to being a savvy and exceptional businesswoman, she founded a holiday called National SISmas Day! It is a Sisterhood Christmas Celebration that honors friendship traditions. Women all over the nation will get together on December 14 to have fun, play games, and just celebrate each other. This year’s theme is COWGIRL. Here’s how it all comes together!
FIRST: I am honored that Ashro asked me to host the SISmas Celebration that they are sponsoring. In fact, I am thrilled as I am a fan of the Ashro brand as well as both L. L. Cool J and Simone! Ashro will provide all the wonderful gifts and goodies!
SECOND: I’m excited that the special event will be held at my husband Tony’s downhome good, comfort food eatery called Robert’s Soul Food Restaurant! How cool is that? It will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. We will be playing spades, having fun raffles, and enjoying the Cowgirl Fashion Show featuring our guests. There will be more surprise treats too! Grab your girlfriends and the ladies in your family and come on down for some holiday fun! Take a look at the invitation!
THIRD: I’ll be wearing multiple hats (figuratively) on this day! In addition to being an ambassador and restaurant host, as a journalist, I will be writing an article on the event! Be sure to be camera-ready in your sassy cowgirl outfits because I’ll be taking plenty of pics! Ashro is styling me in my COWGIRL outfit including a great hat! I’m excited about that!
SISMAS Event Recap – 12/14/24
Leslie recently shared the exciting recap of her SISMAS event!
“The company sent 1,000 fragrances to be placed in the SISMAS kits that were sent out to event hosts around the world. Additional corporate sponsors included Google, Daniel’s Jewelers, and Mielle. Thanks to my dear friend Lady Anne for sponsoring the Dessert Social at our Ashro SISMAS Celebration at Robert’s as well as donating several really cool gifts.”
